## Description

Solution Architect responsible for Service Cloud capabilities

 * Overall accountability of the Salesforce architecture which should include, but not limited to, the data model, security, environment, DevOps, integrations, analytics, and product roadmap updates
 * Lead (where applicable) and participant in Salesforce and wider Technology governance groups, demonstrating leadership in Salesforce solution design, technical design, and quality assurance
 * Lead all high level technical design for all organisation Salesforce changes and enhancements, adhering to our standards, principles and architectural principles.
 * Produce high quality documentation and oversee low level technical design
 * Design and be responsible for the implementation of scalable, high performing solutions in Salesforce, considering when a third party solution may be better suited
 * Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
 * Responsible for creating High Level Designs and documentation based on business requirements for Service and Support. May also involve export control data as well as Revenue Cloud potential
