## About the Role

Our client, a global leader in smart buildings, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions, is seeking a Systems Representative to join their team. As a Systems Representative, you will be part of the Building Automation Services Department supporting field service, commissioning, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise which will align successfully in the organization., * Associate degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

 * 1+ year of HVAC electronic/mechanical systems experience or 3+ years of related industry experience.
 * Knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facilities management systems.
 * PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software applications.
 * Reliable transportation and strong customer-facing communication skills.

## Description

* Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
 * Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
 * Load, configure, and diagnose controller software and field devices.
 * Complete commissioning documentation, reports, and customer communications.
 * Identify building efficiency improvements and provide service recommendations.
