## Description

We're seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to join

a growing team supporting end users in a fully onsite environment. This role is

ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting user

issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Provide onsite technical support for end users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests, including:
 + Password resets
 + User permissions and access issues
 + Printer and network device troubleshooting
 + PC hardware and software support
 * Escalate and resolve more complex technical issues when needed.
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
 * Participate in IT projects and initiatives to expand your technical skills and career growth opportunities.
