The KPI Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks that drive strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. The KPI Manager works cross-functionally to align business objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization., Develop, track, and report KPIs across departments to support strategic goals and operational performance * Collaborate with leadership to identify performance metrics relevant to each business unit * Analyze trends, variances, and patterns in performance data to support data-driven decisions * Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools using the Google Workspace * Lead regular performance review meetings with department heads to assess progress against targets * Provide actionable insights and recommend corrective actions when KPIs are off-target * Ensure consistency and data integrity in all KPI reporting and definitions across the company * Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with relevant performance data * Manage monthly invoices based on client requirements, ensuring billing accuracy, PO updates, and timely submission to the client * Train staff on KPI methodology and ensure alignment in understanding and usage of metrics * Stay current with best practices in performance measurement and operational analytics * Maintain the client facing portal.
