## About the Role

* 8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Hands-on experience with GBD (Group Business Development) applications.
 * Define and execute product vision, roadmap, business priorities, and backlog.
 * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate with Elevance stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.
 * Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare insurance business processes.
 * Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
 * Healthcare digital transformation and API/system integration experience preferred.
 * Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
 * CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $40-45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation
