## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
 * 8+ years of software, systems, or embedded engineering experience
 * Experience with embedded or edge-compute systems
 * Strong Linux-based embedded systems experience
 * Strong C/C++ and Python skills
 * Experience with hardware/software integration
 * Experience with CAN, J1939, CDL, or similar machine/vehicle interfaces
 * Experience with safety, compliance, or functional constraints
 * Experience with AI-enabled applications, grounded assistants, or RAG
 * Experience with OTA, diagnostics, logging, telemetry, and device management

Preferred:

 * NVIDIA Orin / Jetson or similar edge AI platforms
 * Voice systems, ASR, TTS, and audio integration
 * HMI for industrial, automotive, or heavy-equipment applications
 * Heavy equipment, automotive, industrial IoT, robotics, or connected machinery
 * GPU and AI experience
 * Cybersecurity architecture for connected embedded systems
 * Aftermarket or retrofit product experience
 * Experience with technical content grounding using manuals, service documentation, or fault data
