## Description

* Provide day-to-day support for internally built tools, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities under the guidance of the Senior Production Support Engineer.
 * Monitor production processes, review basic logs, document incidents, and assist with initial triage and escalation.
 * Support newly acquired teams during post-cutover stabilization by helping resolve common issues quickly and documenting recurring pain points.
 * Maintain support documentation, runbooks, known-issue lists, and user-facing troubleshooting materials.
 * Coordinate with business analysts to capture feedback and route enhancement requests appropriately.
 * Assist with proactive monitoring and validation of integrations, automations, and data workflows.
 * Help reduce development-team interruptions by absorbing operational support tasks that fall outside the service desk skill set.
