## About the Role

* 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based development

 * 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain)

 * Proven experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs

 * Deep understanding of:

 * LLM tool use and memory management

 * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

 * Multi-agent collaboration

 * Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate), and RAG pipelines

 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), microservices, and API-first development

 * Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring for AI systems * Direct experience with LangGraph or graph-based agent orchestration tools

 * Background in prompt engineering, LLMOps, or RAG optimization

 * Experience working with chatbot frameworks, voice assistants, or multimodal agents

 * Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or regulated environments

 * Passion for ethical, explainable, and human-centered AI design

 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

## Description

One of our large retail companies is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to contribute to their IVR project. In this role, you'll design and build cutting-edge AI chat systems powered by large language models and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to develop scalable, secure, and intelligent conversational experiences.
