## Description

* Lead product discovery activities and collaborate with UX, tech, and business partners
 * Create and define product stories with acceptance criteria based on client needs
 * Develop a deep understanding of customers using data and research
 * Interact with vendors for platform support and upgrades
 * Explore and propose suitable technologies and techniques
 * Identify and manage risks in current and proposed solutions
 * Work with technology partners and vendors on authentication techniques
 * Collaborate with channel partners on online identity management processes
 * Create a release plan with the scrum team and other business lines
 * Monitor performance through reporting on KBIs and production support metrics
 * Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear communication
 * Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and sales staff
