These are customers moving large transfers for real estate, education, long-term investments, and other milestones that shape their financial futures across borders. This full-stack role spans customer-facing web and mobile experiences and deep partnership with foundational teams across identity and trust, money movement, pricing, and more. You'll partner with product, design, and engineering peers to define what it means to earn customer trust on their most consequential transfers - for customers sending more, with more on the line. You will report to the Engineering Manager for the team. This role is hybrid and based in Seattle, WA., * Contribute to systems that meet availability and latency SLOs for the customer flows where trust matters most. * Partner with product, design, data, and partner engineering teams - surfacing technical trade-offs early to ship features for a diverse global customer base. * Strengthen team culture through code review, design discussions, and mentoring SDE 1s and interns., Under the Company's current hybrid-work expectations, employees in this position work onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week. Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs, and the Company may modify its hybrid-work expectations from time to time.
