## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
 * Professional experience designing, implementing, and validating FPGA or ASIC-based systems
 * Strong understanding of digital design principles and hardware architecture
 * Experience with HDL development using technologies such as VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog
 * Familiarity with C and/or C++ is beneficial
 * Knowledge of RTL design flows, timing closure, synthesis, and constraint management
 * Experience with simulation environments, verification methodologies, and automated test frameworks
 * Exposure to hardware bring-up, debugging, and system integration is advantageous
 * Ability to collaborate effectively across software and hardware engineering disciplines

What You'll Do:

 * Design and develop high-performance FPGA solutions for latency-sensitive systems
 * Accelerate critical infrastructure and data processing components through custom hardware architectures
 * Explore emerging technologies, platforms, and design approaches that can improve system performance
 * Partner closely with quantitative researchers, software engineers, and infrastructure teams
 * Develop custom hardware interfaces for next-generation computing environments
 * Evaluate and collaborate with external technology providers where appropriate
 * Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment
