## Description

Support military training operations by executing and managing advanced simulator missions that replicate real-world operational environments. Configure and control simulation scenarios, provide tactical inputs, monitor mission execution, troubleshoot system issues, and support training exercises that enhance operational readiness, decision-making, and mission effectiveness.
Duties & Responsibilities

 * Execute and control simulator missions that replicate real-world operational scenarios.
 * Configure, load, and modify training scenarios based on mission objectives.
 * Provide real-time tactical inputs and mission injects during training events.
 * Monitor simulator operations to ensure training effectiveness and mission realism.
 * Troubleshoot simulator, network, and system issues.
 * Develop and execute mission profiles using simulation and mission-planning tools.
 * Simulate command and control elements, adversary forces, and external agencies.
 * Coordinate voice, chat, and communication-based mission events.
 * Support multi-unit and large-scale training exercises.
 * Collect and provide mission data and feedback during debrief sessions.
 * Assist with evaluations, test events, investigations, and special training activities.
 * Collaborate with instructors, engineers, and operational personnel to improve training outcomes.
