Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve discoverability, accessibility, and engagement. * Provide strategic leadership for the university website and TXST Mobile app by establishing content priorities, improving user experience, supporting governance of mobile communications, and coordinating enhancements that improve audience engagement and digital effectiveness. * Represent the division on the Web Governance Committee; develop and maintain web standards, accessibility compliance, quality assurance processes, and governance procedures. Partner with campus stakeholders to support the health, consistency, and long-term sustainability of the university's web ecosystem. * Serve as the division's primary liaison to Mobile/Web Systems by coordinating web and mobile development priorities, platform enhancements, project requests, and strategic initiatives.
