In addition, a high-level understanding of the Windows 365 platform. * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred) * 3-5 years of experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and deployment * Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy * Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management * Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA Security+, Azure Admin) are a plus * Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery (Veeam), * Strong communication and documentation skills * Desire and initiative to learn emerging technologies * Must follow mandated reporting guidelines (as applicable) Soft Skills That Matter People Skills: People skills keep systems (and teams) running smoothly.
