The team delivers technology products by partnering closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define, prioritize, build, and continuously improve digital capabilities. Team members combine business analysis, Agile product ownership, and delivery leadership to translate business strategy into actionable product requirements, guide development teams through iterative delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. The team also promotes continuous improvement by leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, and Agile best practices throughout the product lifecycle., Unlike a traditional engineer embedded in a single Scrum team, this position is intentionally flexible. You will deploy to the highest-priority need across Audit's product portfolio and innovation initiatives, joining a team to deliver a critical feature, partnering with our innovation group to prototype what's next, or unblocking a stalled effort.
