## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Mainframe Developer** ( **Systematics** ) with strong expertise in core banking and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe technologies and proven experience working with **Systematics-based banking applications** . This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical applications in a high-volume transaction processing environment., * 5-10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe application development and support, with strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and batch processing environments.

 * Hands-on experience with Systematics-based banking applications, including development, enhancements, production support, and troubleshooting of core banking functions.

 * Proficiency with mainframe development and support tools, including Endevor/Changeman (or similar version control tools), XPEDITER, Abend-AID, File-AID, Easytrieve, QMF, or equivalent utilities.

 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving production incidents and supporting business-critical applications.

 * Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments; exposure to CICS, IMS, DB2, and financial services/banking applications is highly preferred.
