* Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
 * 3+ years of experience in account management or project management within the tradeshow or hospitality industry
 * Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong organizational skills
 * Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems
 * Proven capability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

## Description

The Turnkey Solutions Manager is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of the turnkey program as part of events, providing support, consultation and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client's budget., * Consults with show organizer teams on package options and assist with "package slick" creation for exhibitor manuals/websites.

 * Ability to lead and manage turnkey team on complex events.

 * Single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages.

 * Works with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and/or production.

 * Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates.

 * Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations.

 * Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages.

 * High proficiency in writing tickets in Passport & TSS.

 * Create and maintain Airtable to track status of project.

 * Budget management for turnkey areas as assigned.

 * Main point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits.

 * Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments.

 * Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to exhibitors.

 * Participate in post-show debrief & provide feedback.

 * Other duties as assigned.
