* Support, implement, and upgrade complex clinical application/EMR systems.

 * Train and educate end users on system functionality and capabilities.
 * Provide mentoring and training in system analysis, design, specification development, documentation, and client methodologies.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
