## Description

* Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple operating systems
 * Troubleshoot software problems related to Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and custom tools
 * Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
 * Configure and maintain network components such as LANs (Local Area Networks), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, and networking equipment.
 * Support Active Directory management, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Windows Server environments, and servers to streamline user access and security policies.
 * Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects involving network administration, security protocols, and system upgrades to improve overall operational efficiency.
