Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Linux administration or hybrid Windows/Linux environments. * Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. * Familiarity with enterprise firewall and backup systems. * Experience with ERP software management or database platforms (Progress, MySQL, Oracle). * Exposure to project management practices or ITIL-based service frameworks., * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. ## Description The Systems Administrator supports ISCorp's secure private cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments. This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of systems that support ISCorp's hosted services and internal operations.
