For a motivated individual who demonstrates leadership, reliability, and a strong understanding of our operations, this position has the potential to develop into a Senior Office Manager role. ## Description Snowbelt Hardwoods is seeking a dependable, organized, and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This position is designed as a cross-functional administrative role that will be trained in several key areas of our office operations. The goal is to develop an individual who understands multiple aspects of our business, can provide seamless coverage when other office staff are unavailable, and can help our entire administrative team operate more efficiently. This is not simply a fill-in position. The successful candidate will become an important part of our office team and gain hands-on experience across accounting, payroll, inventory, production, customer service, and order processing. For the right individual, this position offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within Snowbelt Hardwoods and potentially advance into a Senior Office Manager role.
