* Bachelor's degree - preferably with accounting or comp sci.
 * Strong GPA
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with and developing relationships with high-level clients
 * Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
 * Organization and time management skills
 * Strong interest in technology and familiarity with Jira & SQL preferred
 * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

## Description

* Identify and document product/process issues and/or trends needing improvement
 * Work with in-house development team to design and test new features, enhancements, and bugs throughout the QA process
 * Work with the client success team to identify & actively solve client accoutning & software system issues & requests
 * Assist in the on-boarding of new clients, data review, and client training
 * Contribute to development and execution of client service standards to maintain client satisfaction and retention
