## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting utility and construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization., * Minimum of 5 years of experience in power utility construction management

 * Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM360, and project management tools like MS Project
 * Strong understanding of utility scope, including transmission, distribution, and substation work
 * Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
 * Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote work flexibility

## Description

* Coordinate and oversee utility construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
 * Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings with various teams and stakeholders
 * Manage project documentation, including drawings, agreements, and permits, utilizing AutoCAD and BIM360
 * Track project costs, establish budgets, and manage change orders to ensure financial control
