Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. ## Description The Workday Financials E2E Lead is responsible for serving as MetLife's internal Workday Financials subject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, optimization, and continuous evolution of the Workday Financials platform across the enterprise. As the Workday Financials expert in MetLife, this role will partner closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, & other technology teams to architect scalable end-to-end solutions that will enable the business to transform. During the ERP Modernization program, this leader will provide deep expertise across Workday Financials, helping to drive configuration decisions, resolve complex issues, and support critical cross-functional Workday platform areas (ie: Reporting, Integrations, Security, Extend). Following each market Go-Live, the role will then transition to lead ongoing solution design, functional optimization, & strategic enhancements to maximize the value of MetLife's investment in Workday.
