 * 1+ years of experience preparing, reviewing, or maintaining contracts, purchase orders, invoices, or procurement documentation
 * Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
 * Experience maintaining records, trackers, or reports in a business environment
 * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

 * Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes
 * Experience working with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems
 * Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
 * Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, or operational summaries

 * Support contract and procurement activities by coordinating documentation, tracking requests, and maintaining process records.
 * Review purchase and contract materials for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established procedures.
 * Prepare, organize, and maintain procurement and contracting files, reports, and status updates.
 * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information, resolve process issues, and support timely completion of deliverables.
 * Monitor assigned activities against deadlines and escalate issues, risks, or missing information as needed.
