## Description

As a Lead Engineer, you will serve as a senior hands-on technical leader responsible for coordinating cross-functional execution and delivering larger, more complex initiatives. You'll combine strong architectural understanding with delivery leadership, ensuring teams execute effectively through ambiguity. This role will be based in our San Francisco office, 4 days per week., * Lead planning and execution of larger technical initiatives.

 * Drive technical design for complex features and systems.
 * Coordinate work across engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
 * Identify and remove execution blockers to improve delivery efficiency.
 * Mentor engineers and strengthen technical depth across the team.
 * Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with platform strategy.
