Nex-Tech is seeking a Network Operations Technician to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems supporting internet, voice, and data services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring network reliability and service quality. This position is ideal for someone with technical aptitude who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced environment., * Monitor network systems to ensure stability and performance

 * Troubleshoot network issues and outages across multiple systems
 * Maintain routers, switches, and network management systems
 * Assist with network security and firewall support
 * Support enterprise customer network environments
 * Manage and document IP addressing and network configurations
 * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network issues
 * Assist with infrastructure maintenance and improvements
