We're always seeking bright new talent who leverage their unique experiences to discover, grow and evolve with our teams. ## Description The Senior Project Manager will actively manage the delivery of exciting new consumer-facing functionality to J.Crew Group brand websites (jcrew.com, factory.jcrew.com) via both large-scale initiatives and short-burst enhancements. This individual will manage both the day-to-day scrum ceremonies, as well as scheduling and participating in backlog refinement, scope discussions, design sessions, and sprint planning. This role ultimately serves as a liaison between the Business / Product teams as well as Engineering, QA, and Web Operations. To ensure ongoing success for all, this individual puts the team first, empowering each team member to voice their own ideas and collectively drive efficiency, growth, and excellence.
