## About the Role

Our client, a leader in the technology infrastructure and data center sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations Department supporting the technical support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * Knowledge of hardware components inside Servers and computers

 * Effective communication skills to interact with team members and support staff
 * Networking experience and familiarity with basic system administration
 * Basic to intermediate IT experience, including troubleshooting skills
 * Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience

## Description

* Support and troubleshoot hardware infrastructure issues within the data center environment
 * Share knowledge and assist team members in resolving technical problems
 * Work autonomously to identify and resolve server-related issues
 * Maintain detailed documentation of hardware and network configurations
 * Participate in scheduled work shifts, including holidays, as required
