Preferred Skills * Proficient oral and written communication * Creativity in problem-solving * Experience in C#, LabVIEW, and AcroBasic * Ability and desire to work in a team environment ## Description The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) Examination Design Projects subdivision is looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team developing precision mechatronic examination systems for inspecting irradiated fuel from the Navy's submarines and aircraft carriers and experiments in the Advanced Test Reactor (ATR). We are tasked with (1) developing new examination systems for three new facilities dedicated to processing and testing spent nuclear fuel and ATR specimens and (2) major system upgrades needed to continue examinations at our current test facility until the new facilities are deployed. As a Software Engineer in the Examination Design Projects subdivision, you will play a vital role in architecting, designing, and deploying the custom software solution aspects of our control systems.
