(Mandatory) Job Experience: * 4-6 years of system administrator experience is required * 4-6 years of diversified experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred * 2-3 years in medical environment is preferred Skills / Competencies: * Ability to thrive in both fast-paced team environments and independent work settings. * Resourceful and adaptable in handling unexpected challenges. * Strong time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Highly self-motivated with a big-picture mindset. * Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize workload. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Proven documentation skills including policies and procedures. * Pro-active in identifying potential issues with a proposed process or systems change. * Hands on experience installing IT hardware, peripherals and software. * Skilled with Windows operating systems, Entra/Active Directory, Intune, O365 applications such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc. * Intermediate Knowledge in Backup solutions, MSP360, is a plus. * Basic Knowledge of cloud storage services, Wasabi & AWS preferred. * Knowledge with VoIP systems, particularly 3CX is a plus. * Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN's, and wireless networks. * Knowledge of VMWare virtualized environment. * Understanding of compliance and security standards. * Understand and provide support to ensure compliance with external audits from customers, vendors, and the FDA. * Knowledge in Cisco Meraki and UNIFI switching is a plus. * Knowledge in Endpoint Central is a plus. ## Description As an IT Administrator, you will lead and support IT operations for your assigned site(s), providing technical leadership across system administration, networking, technical support, project management, and business analysis. You will drive IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with site leadership to optimize the strategic use of technology.In this role, you will help position the site to address future IT challenges by implementing scalable and reliable solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring uninterrupted medical device manufacturing. You will also work cross-functionally across the organization, building strong relationships and contributing to diverse initiatives. As part of the Viant IT team, you will embody the company's values of integrity, accountability, and excellence, playing a key role in driving business success. This position requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish, as the role regularly supports bilingual employees, leaders, and business operations across the Viant facilities in San Antonio, TX and Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.
