This position is ideal for an architectural professional who wants to expand beyond traditional design work and gain deeper, hands-on experience in real estate development, construction coordination, and project management., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field * Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, construction, real estate development, or project management * Strong ability to read, review, and understand architectural and construction drawings * Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience strongly preferred * Good understanding of construction methods, building systems, and construction documentation * Familiarity with NYC Building Code, DOB processes, permitting, and inspections is strongly preferred * Previous experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants * Strong organizational and project-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines * Comfortable working both in the office and regularly visiting construction sites * Proactive, responsible, resourceful, and able to follow through on assignments independently Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has a solid architectural foundation but is interested in moving beyond a traditional architecture-only career path.
