Experience Requirements: * 4+ years working in Information Technology, experience with an MSP is preferred. * 1-2 years of project implementation experience. * 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Server Administration, Implementation and Migrations * Moderate to Extensive knowledge of mainstream virtualization technologies and 1-2 years of hands-on experience migrating between them * Moderate to Extensive knowledge of Server Operating systems and best practice configurations as well as 1-3 years hands experience of deep troubleshooting in those environments. * Moderate knowledge of networking infrastructure best practices. ex. VLAN, Firewall, switching, layer 3 routing and managed networking appliances. * Able to deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot firewalls, manage switches, wireless controllers and WAPs. * Moderate knowledge of and 1-2 years' hands on experience with Enterprise Backup solutions Ex. SAN's and on-premises and off premises backup solutions * ITIL concept familiarity ## Description The Solutions Engineer II is responsible for the successful implementation of project work in the Integris Professional Services department. They are also responsible for owning solution implementations for internal and external customers, meeting project deadlines, creating Integris documentation, and working in a team environment to provide the highest level of service.
