## Description

BAE Systems is looking for a Systems Integrator for our Rockville, MD office to support a training program. The Systems Integrator will work with a team of engineers, training developers, modeling & simulation experts, and instructors to deliver an integrated technical training solution to the customer. The position is hybrid and will require at least 3 days per week in the office. This is a hands-on role working with hardware, software, and networks. The successful candidate will be able to work with distributed team, taking on critical responsibilities and working independently as needed. Also, the candidate must be process-oriented, have careful attention to detail, and be diligent with documentation.
Job Tasks:

 * Coordinate hardware and software purchases
 * Perform hardware and software installation and integration
 * Develop an Acceptance Test Plan for the system
 * Produce Factory Acceptance Test Procedures
 * Lead and conduct the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test
 * Document test results and produce Test Reports
 * Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Scheduler on developing timelines and tracking project progress
 * Contribute to and participate in internal engineering design reviews
 * Perform configuration management for the system, including developing a Configuration Management Plan
 * Draft Technical and Operator Manuals for the continued maintenance and operation of the system
 * Train end-user customers on the use of the system
 * Provide any related technical support for the system after deployment

 * This role requires international travel.
