This role requires a proven project/program leader with direct Power/Energy sector experience, strong Scrum/Agile expertise, and experience managing complex technology implementations. ETRM implementation experience with OpenLink, Allegro, or Endur is highly desired. The ideal candidate will also have PMP, Six Sigma, and/or SAFe certifications and strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills., * Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field * 5+ years of program/project management experience. * Direct experience in the Power/Energy sector is REQUIRED. * Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology projects. * Strong Scrum/Agile methodology experience. * Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and project risks. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
