## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Reliable transport ion and willingness to go onsite to various client office locations around the valley.

 * Windows operating systems knowledge.

 * General understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network concepts.

## Description

We are looking for a Help Desk technician to provide technical assistance on computer systems for our customers. This position will be mostly remote support but occasional onsite visits to the customer locations will be required., * Provide technical support over the phone, remotely and on site to clients.

 * Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environments.

 * Ensure all call details are captured and entered into ticketing system according to procedure.

 * Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, ISP, Cloud Services, VoIP providers to move issues towards completion.

 * On-site work is required to assist and collaborate with project deployment including infrastructure roll out, network expansion, client hand holding, etc.
