Specifically, you'll: - Provide Level II/III technical support to remote customers, resellers, and internal teams across North America, across hardware, Cloud/IoT software, electrical systems, and cellular VPN routers - Troubleshoot network and telephony issues, including TCP/IP, SIP/VoIP, FreePBX/Asterisk, and AWS-hosted environments, driving each case to a verified fix - Build and maintain the technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base that capture resolution knowledge for the whole team - Develop and deliver training that raises technical capability across front-line support, resellers, and internal teams - Reproduce, document, and escalate product and field issues so they feed real quality and engineering improvements - Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service - Travel occasionally (roughly 1-2 times per year) to support installations, escalations, or training Once you're grounded in the role, there's genuine opportunity to help shape new products and services as we continue to grow., Your work protects people.
