## About the Role

· Experience providing desktop technical support to end users in a business environment or equivalent education / training.

· Must have configured at least 1 router professionally

· Basic Knowledge of Internet Protocol (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS etc)

· A+ or Network+ certification or equivalent a plus

· PC and Windows troubleshooting skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Excellent listening and communication skills, * Help desk: 3 years (Preferred)

 * Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

* Provide telephone/remote troubleshooting, training, and tech support to end users
 * Work with proprietary security software to assist outside investigative agencies (FBI, Homeland Security, ICE etc.)
 * Maintain accurate client network documentation
 * Perform software installs and updates
 * Set up and configure PCs, and networking equipment
 * Assist with system/network deployment projects
