Nice to Have * Direct experience with Claude (Claude API, Anthropic console, or Claude Skills). * Projects involving chatbots, assistants, AI agents, or workflow automation. * Exposure to web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or a front-end framework like React/Next.js). * Experience working with or supporting graphic designers, content teams, or UX designers. * Basic understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or RAG-style systems (not required, but a plus). ## Description As a Junior AI Developer, you will help build and refine AI agents powered by Claude, integrate them with Python back-ends and third-party APIs, and support collaboration with our design team. You'll work closely with more senior engineers, but you'll also own small features end-to-end-from prototype to production. Responsibilities * Implement and maintain Claude-powered workflows and agents using Python. * Call LLM APIs (Claude and others), parse responses, and integrate them into internal tools or web applications. * Collaborate with senior engineers to connect agents to external tools, REST APIs, databases, and other services. * Help with prompt design and iteration: test different prompts, contexts, and settings to improve reliability and output quality. * Assist in building simple context-augmented/RAG-style workflows (e.g., feeding documents or data into LLMs in a controlled way). * Write clean, readable Python code with basic tests, logging, and error handling. * Work closely with designers and non-technical stakeholders to turn ideas into AI-powered features and tools. ## Related Videos - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Bitpanda’s AI First Approach](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1841-wearedevelopers-live-bitpanda-s-ai-first-approach) - [Tips and Tricks for Working with JSON](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1229-tips-and-tricks-for-working-with-json) - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [ Evaluating AI models for code comprehension](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1462-evaluating-ai-models-for-code-comprehension) - [Introducing JSON Structure](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100219-introducing-json-structure) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) ## Related Articles - [What Are Large Language Models?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/304-what-are-large-language-models) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [MLOps And AI Driven Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/82-mlops-and-ai-driven-development) - [The State of WebDev AI 2025 Results: What Can We Learn?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/581-the-state-of-webdev-ai-2025-results-what-can-we-learn) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this)
