 * Hands-on experience with Databricks
 * Experience preparing data for AI use cases
 * Understanding of data governance and data quality
 * Ability to define data from a business perspective
 * Experience working beyond traditional analytics reporting
 * Ability to work onsite in Houston three days weekly

## Description

* Build and maintain data pipelines for AI-ready data delivery
 * Structure data for downstream AI ingestion and use
 * Partner on data governance and quality standards
 * Translate business needs into usable data definitions
 * Support Databricks-based data engineering efforts
 * Help improve data usability beyond reporting and analytics
 * Collaborate with internal and third-party AI resources, * Hybrid schedule with three onsite days and two remote days
 * Friday is expected to be an onsite day
 * Role is open due to growing AI data needs
 * Pay expectations should be shared with submitted candidates
 * Client is open to reviewing candidates now
