Preferred Qualifications of the IT Manager: * Experience supporting and managing Microsoft-based environments, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SaaS applications. * Knowledge of IT operations, help desk management, systems administration, networking, hardware support, identity and access management, and IT asset lifecycle management. * Experience leading IT projects, managing vendors and technology solutions, and maintaining service performance standards. * Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and guide technical teams. * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. * Strong customer-service mindset with proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, work in deadline-driven environments, and collaborate across departments. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of ownership, and willingness to remain hands-on when needed. * Private equity-backed company experience is a plus. ## Description We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage day-to-day information technology operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, hardware, networking, asset management, and technology initiatives while providing leadership to a globally distributed IT team.
