## Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support / Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end-user devices and infrastructure., * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.

 * Perform hardware installation, repairs, and upgrades.
 * Provide basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
 * Support server room, cabling, and Smart Hands activities.
 * Handle user onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
 * Support conference rooms, Teams Rooms, and A/V equipment.
 * Manage tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
