This role combines core project management discipline with hands-on coordination of external vendors and service providers, serving as the primary liaison to ensure smooth, timely, and transparent communication between internal stakeholders and outside partners throughout the project lifecycle. Some of the things you'll be doing: Project Management * Lead end-to-end planning and execution of network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, expansions, and new site deployments * Develop project charters, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans * Create and maintain detailed project schedules using standard PM tools (e.g., ServiceNow and MS Project,) * Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as needed * Facilitate project status meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership * Manage project documentation, including network diagrams, change requests, and post-implementation reviews * Ensure projects comply with the client's ET standards, security policies, and change management processes * Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, systems administrators, security staff, and business stakeholders Team Leadership and Collaboration * Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, architects, engineers, technology team leads, and business teams, to ensure successful project outcomes. * Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to project team members.
