 * Related CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, or Google certifications are desirable but not required.
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, helpdesk operations, network operations, DevOps, and Cyber Security is desirable but not required.

We are seeking a reliable and eager-to-learn Tech Solutions Analyst / Systems Support Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new technology, and developing strong troubleshooting skills in a supportive environment. You'll assist with resolving everyday IT issues, documenting your work, and working alongside experienced technicians to deliver excellent service to our clients.
