Bonus * Existing relationships within the AI, open-source, or cybersecurity communities. * Conference speaking experience. * Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, LLM infrastructure, or AI security. ## Description We're looking for our Founding Developer Relations Lead to help build the defining open-source community in AI agent security. We're looking for a rare profile: an exceptional engineer who loves open source as much as they love people. Someone who loves contributing to open source, building in public, engaging with developers, and growing technical communities. If you get as much energy from shipping code as you do from speaking at meetups, helping users, and bringing people together, you'll thrive here. This isn't a traditional DevRel role. You'll help drive adoption of Beacon, contribute directly to our open-source ecosystem, and become one of the leading voices in AI agent security. Working directly with Asymptote's founders, you'll shape our developer strategy, influence product direction, and help establish Beacon as the open standard for AI agent telemetry. You'll have exceptional autonomy and ownership from day one., * Build reference architectures, starter projects, and community examples. * Support strategic technical partnerships. * Help establish Beacon as the open telemetry standard for AI agent security.
