## About the Role

* 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
 * Proven experience managing CRM migration projects, preferably to Salesforce.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce implementation and Agile delivery.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM, Siebel, or similar platforms to Salesforce.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other AI-assisted productivity tools.
 * PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise CRM migration projects to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile delivery, track project milestones, and ensure successful execution using Jira. Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus. Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM migration projects.
 * Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate business, development, QA, and Salesforce teams.
 * Drive Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting.
 * Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
 * Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
 * Utilize AI tools like Copilot or Claude to improve project execution and documentation.
