## About the Role

5+ years' experience in a Product Owner, Senior BA, or Product Consultant role in insurance or financial services.

 - Guidewire PolicyCenter experience (hands-on configuration or deep functional expertise).
 - Strong digital product background, specifically front-end/consumer-facing web or portal solutions.
 - Experience with customer/policyholder journey mapping.
 - Proficient in Agile methodologies.
 - Strong business acumen in insurance products.
 - Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred/Additional Skills:

 - API/integration background (non-CRM focused).
 - Experience working in a PMO environment.
Other Requirements:

 - Must have a LinkedIn profile.
 - No background check or drug screen required.

## Description

Own and manage product requirements for customer-facing insurance web/portal solutions.

 - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver digital products and enhance customer/policyholder journeys.
 - Translate customer experience insights into actionable product requirements.
 - Perform hands-on data mapping between systems (JSON, XML).
 - Leverage API/integration expertise; able to read and convert JSON/XML.
 - Connect product decisions to business outcomes (underwriting, rating, servicing, etc.).
 - Work within an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
 - Manage day-to-day project assignments and work within a PMO structure.
