 * Experience with union payroll processing and compliance.
 * Knowledge of job costing and project accounting.
 * Previous ERP implementation experience.

## Description

A growing Sacramento-area construction company is seeking an experienced Accountant with Sage Intacct expertise to play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system. This individual will help lead the Sage Intacct rollout, support system testing and process improvements, train employees on the new software, and provide ongoing post-implementation support., * Assist with the implementation and adoption of Sage Intacct across the organization.

 * Support system configuration, testing, data validation, and process improvements.
 * Train end users and develop documentation for accounting and operational teams.
 * Provide accounting support, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
 * Partner with payroll and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and labor reporting.
 * Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and system-related questions.
