Utility Asset Management Systems: CityWorks, Samsara, OpenGov, Maximo, or something similar
Water Quality Management Systems: Locus, Hach WIMS/RIO, Klir, NBJSoft SAMS, or something similar
Fleet Management System: Samsara, TRAKA,or Fleetio
SCADA: AVEVA, Ignition, or something similar
Other operational Utility Technology: Utilisphere, Fieldhawk
