 * Experience working with microcontrollers, FPGA, or custom hardware platforms
 * Experience applying C, C++, hardware interfaces including SPI and UART, and debugging tools in hands-on engineering environments
 * Experience maintaining and expanding state machine designs to support system functionality
 * Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, engineers, and subject matter experts
 * Experience researching emerging technologies and integrated new concepts into project needs
 * Experience interpreting schematics, datasheets, and system requirements to guide technical decisions
 * Experience documenting engineering work products, configuration, and test results
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science and 3+ years of experience with software engineering or 7+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree
